Despite the Winter Storm Advisory, 84 people attended the Open House, highlighting Pirate Ship Productions and the great work being done by our dedicated students and staff. What started off as an idea to help develop career readiness in our students has blossomed into a collaboration of area businesses, community members, staff, and students.
When describing the successful open house, Mr. Pockat couldn't say enough about the professionalism of our PSP team. "Our students really did a great job of approaching members of the community, looking them in the eye and shaking their hands. They were able to answer questions and explain what they do."
"It really does take a village" said Mr. Johnson after the event. "From the hard work and dedication of our students, to staff, to businesses and community members who have donated toward PSP... it takes everyone to make this a success."
